I COULD BE HAVING A NERVOUS BREAKDOWN

Not really sure so don't call the guys in the white jackets, yet.

I may have had several over the years. Hey, I had three kids, it could have happened and I just worked through it. Maybe.

Anywho, moving on.

Things that are starting to annoy me:

When you are parking in a lot that has validated parking....um, get the damn thing validated. If you don't then you won't be able to get out of said lot. It is a real simple concept. I'm just sayin'.

Note to ex-boyfriend of younger daughter. Please refrain from calling me. I have no pull with the girl. She has her own mind and if she doesn't want to chat with you.....well, what makes you think I can change that. The girl has moved on I suggest you do the same.       

Note to self......quit being an asswipe. This is the last time I expect to have this conversation with self. Asswipes really do finish last. You think you are helping someone but in the end they want more than you can possibly give. 

Accept that life can be a constant "shitstorm" for awhile. Get over it already. Adapt and move on. It is probably just payback for a few minor irritations that you have put others through. Payback is a bitch!

Note to older daughter.....Slow down and smell the roses. Life is short, but that doesn't mean you have to live in the fast lane. Your kids are going to be all grown up and you will be kicking yourself that you ran them around like crazies. Trust me on this one. Been there, done that!

Whoops on the last one.....I'm still doing that.

Note to self...slow down, Rome wasn't built in a day. P.S. Take own assvice.

Alrighty then. I think that covers a few things that were on my so called brain for the night.

Now, if I can just figure out this new Typepad format......I would be a happier camper. One that was still having a breakdown, but happier.

MY SO CALLED LIFE.......

My life in bullet form:

I know, I know, I said that I only went to blogher last year because it was here, in Chicago. I miss it already. I wish I was there, in San Francisco. It really was fun.

Happy Birthday Sandy....may you have eleventy billion more.

There is a homeless, sort of, I think, maybe, woman that I pass each and every day on my way to and from the hospital while going to work. I say maybe because she looks well nourished and dresses not so bad that sometimes I wonder, but anyway she holds out her give me money cup. One time I was feeling rather generous and dropped in a few dollars on my way home. That was that. Or so I thought. Each day that I pass by her now without depositing money in her cup I swear I hear her say bitch as I pass by. I swear, I do. Maybe I am, who knows. I guess we are all entitled to our opinions.

It has been a week that has been from hell, but enough about work. We all do it, right. Yes, I thought so.

The hubs is still doing fine. He may die by my own hand if he doesn't learn some housekeeping skills soon. If I come home to any more messes made by him you could very well read about his death by stabbing in your local papers. I'm just sayin'.

Last but not least. Please. please, I'm begging all you young Moms out there. Teach your children a few simple manners. The first being to always acknowledge a gift by saying Thank You. I swear, there will be no more gifts sent from my house to any person that has had a baby born. I've spent time and money and have yet to hear if they have ever received the damn gift. Yes, I'm over the whole gift giving thing. If you can't even acknowledge that you have received the damn thing, then forget it. You have too much and don't need it anyway. I have enough to worry about. It's not that I want people to fall all over me for a lousy gift, but please, let a person know that at least it did arrive at your house. M'kay? Thanks.

Happy weekend to everyone. I can hardly believe that it is almost the end of July. Not that my birthday could be the 20th or anything. Just that July is almost gone and I will be old (er).

I'M BAAACK!

I know, I know, I said I was on vacation and would not be doing this blogging thing. I wanted to enjoy my vacay and do fun things. Not things that require thinking and consuming copious amounts of alcohol, while thinking.

Hey, I can change my mind. Right?

I wanted to try and figure out all the new stuff on typepad. I wanted to conquer these computer demons. I want to be able to just post and have the font be all the same. You know, the simple things. So, here I am again.

I did spend the day painting doors and planting flowers. I went to my "happy place" for a short while.

Now I am back here to figure out what in the hell happened to my typepad. They went all technical and stuff on me. So, you folks are my babbling experiment. Come on, just play along for a few verses.

Thanks Sandi and Tug for the comments. Tug, you are too much. Always caring about others, even when your own "shitstorms" are going on. One of these days sister, my crazy self will be tripping out your way to introduce myself properly. I'm really not all that crazy. Maybe!

Sandi, I'm afraid at the present time you are just a wee bit too hot of an area for me to visit. Never say never though, cause it could happen.

When I type, everything seems all normal. When I hit publish is when all hell breaks loose. Different fonts, crazy symbols, etc. I'm serious, I WILL CONQUER THIS! Maybe.

Already there are 2 different fonts and I'm not even done yet.

OK, I will be done now because we have a HUGE thunderstorm coming. Yes, I can hear it. Enough for today. I'll try some more tomorrow.
